Im just having my left knee scoped, i was diagnosed with a torn meniscus 2 years ago, and since then have pretty much put that one and two others thru a food processor, the mri showed vertical and horizontal tears in three of them

I had two of those. One on each knee. Recover time was about 3 weeks. With walking in 2 weeks. Make sure you do the therapy. I slacked on the first time and still regret it. I still have week knees and pain
