There is no need to be purchase VG, PG or anything else at this time. Make life simple and buy some pre-mixed smoking juices from a few of our suppliers. They come in a variety of nicotine strengths (i.e. 36mg, 24mg...0mg) and flavors (i.e. tobacco, cola, cherry, etc.). I have enjoy the e-liquids from Johnson Creek, Totally Wicked, Puresmoker and Janty.

Hi Don't worry about sounding or feeling " a little stupid"
TRUST ME, we all were at one time or another, I am still stupid about a lot of things, however, not so here

VG is vegetable glycerin, you can buy at a lot of local stores, it is just a way to help cut the juices you are working with. It is not LAW to use it
What I have been doing very successfully, is I use

FLAVORS I LIKE VANILLA COCONUT WHATEVER, FLAVORS YOU CAN BY
LORANN'S WHICH IS A FAVORITE FOR MANY MIXERS, you can buy them at some speciality stores or online

I have 36mg flavorless juice I buy mine from TrueVapor, good boy, you can buy it cheaper, but I buy for ease TW has it Eastmall has it,

or you can use flavored juices, 18 mg 24mg 36 mg, it does not matter and add additional flavors, like I do, for more of a taste, again that works for me

go to the forum threads for recipes and just read and learn

ok.. maybe i have the premixed???? heres what it says..... e-liquid Tobacco-0006. Tobacco e-smokey treats e-liquid - extra high strengh 36mg/ml PG (Propylene Glycol).. got it from e-smokey treats... is this the premixed stuff?????????????????????
yup, premixed...just drip on your cart and you're good to go. You can cut it with VG or PG to duilate the nic strength, but if you're up to vaping 36mg...drip away

So, when I buy the eliquid, which I've already done from the smoke shack, I do not have to mix it w/ something else, right? I'm not actually going to be using the ecig, I don't smoke, but I've purchased the yeti for my husband as a gift, along w/ replacement filters and eliquid. I'm just trying to figure out the procedures, since, ya know, I don't want to kill him by having him vape something that we were supposed to cut w/ vg. please help........

Everything should be delivered today or tomorrow, I'm so excited!!! :)

nod - the only time you would need to mix/dilute (as a newbee smoker) is if you purchase your eliquid and it is too strong on the nicotine. likewise, if you are ever anywhere and you see "pure nicotine", you will definitely want to cut that but my suggestion, is unless you are 110% confident in playing in the kitchen with a highly dangerous, full potent drug, I would stick with the suppliers who can offer you a pre-mixed base. (pure nicotine is very dangerous in its pure form).

Also, if the 36mg is too high, adding VG is an excellent option (as long as hubby is not allergic to nuts). If you are looking for a good quality VG close to home and not online, Whole Foods has it in the personal health care section. Remember, adding anything to a pre-mixed, pre-flavored juice will not only dilute the nicotine strength, but the flavor. Another suggestion if you don't want to do any wild mixing... order maybe a low or no and mix the two. DIY eLiquid Section has lots of good recipes and will help guide you on your mixing ratios.

a suggestion off of the top of my head (and there are many other good juice suppliers but I site this site for specific reason):

www.juicyliquid.com - they carry a wide variety of basic DIY stuff and have good explanations as to what you need and how to go about mixing your liquid safely. For instance, if you are looking for a particular flavor, you can find unflavored base where you literally only put in the flavoring... no need to concoct anything.

Flavoring: There has been discussion around here that the Lorann flavorings are the best of which I agree. Their flavors are delicious, have been used in food applications since the 60's and are a highly reputable company. Just stay away from the "darker" colored flavors as they don't seem to smoke as well and can also create damage to your atomizer (due to a higher sugar content and thicker consistency).
