Eliquid "Life span"?

Hey guys,
So I have a bunch of eliquid/juice/etc. and some of it is getting old... by that loose term I mean that some of it is at least a year old....
Does eliquid/juice/etc. expire? Or is it only the nicotine that loses strength after a year?

If the flavor is still good vape that stuff. Lower nicotine and flavor changing are about all that hapens.
