OK Theres a place called vaporshots.com they have 120ml unflavored nicotine base for about 7 or 8 bucks which is a good deal and they also have RY4 tobacco flavoring concentrate for like 2.50 so I think even with S&H you can get it for under 15 bucks.
premade juice at the quantity with that price range, will either never happen or be really ....ty quality. in the car forums they have a saying that holds pretty much true, " you can have 2 of the 3 but not all, reliable cheap and power". with juice you cant have reliable and extremely cheap. at least not without being able enjoy vaping it.
only way to get it at the price you are seeking would be to diy and the inital cost would be much more as you will need syringes, bottles to mix into, the pg, vg, nic bases, and flavorings. not to mention tobacco is one of the hardest flavorings to use. there is a very thin line between not enough and too much tobacco flavoring.

Rugar7, I see where you were asked if you use any PG or VG to the Nicotine Liquid from that sight, and where you answered that you use a 50/50 PG/VG. So does that mean the ONLY THING you add to the Nicotine liquid is the tobacco flavoring (or whatever flavor you use) or BESIDES the flavoring (tobacco or whatever) YOU ALSO add a 50/50 PG/VG blend to that Nicotine Liquid from that sight, please be VERY SPECIFIC as I am a newbie when it comes to DIY, please?

It can be ordered at 50/50 and you choose how much nicotine you want and it comes ready to go, all I add is me & my wifes flavors. Rick is right also order a little bottle to see if you like it first. I got myself a 250ml 24mg nicotine and the wifey a 250ml 12mg nicotine and the stuff is really good!
Lucky 7 Vapes has some pretty good deals (every day I've seen so far, new deal every day); but I'm not sure (yet) how their juice tastes. I have some ordered, though.
I am very tempted to do this (especially at some of the unflavored prices I've seen out there). No idea how much flavor to mix in, but I figure I'll figure it out as I go.
