I saw this thread this morning while browsing the forum while visiting family in Holland, MI. What a surprise! My favorite juice supplier in AZ that I've been ordering from over the internet opened a store in litttle old Holland, MI. Being a pretty new convert to vaping I couldn't resist the urge to see what the lucky people in AZ get to experience in your retail stores.
I arrived at the store and had the pleasure of being helped by Vicky. She instantly made me feel very comfortable and seemed very happy to help me find just the right items to make my vaping experience as enjoyable as possible. She was not only knowlegeable about the products, but was also friendly and willing to repeat herself many times when this newbie would get confused by this strange new vaping lingo I'm trying to learn.
Thanks to the friendly and knowlegeable service I left with a couple of new and good tasting juices (I love that you can sample in the store prior to committing to buying!). I've been generally happy with the ecigs I started vaping with, but asked her if they had some sort of vaping device that would give me the effect of a freshly filled cartridge every hit and she fixed me up with a Joyetech eGo system and a couple clear cartrdges (I forget the real name since I'm a slow learner on vaping names and lingo) that hold a lot of juice and also provide tons of flavor every hit. While my previous brand of ecig hardware was good this new system is perfect for my heavy vaping needs. Yeah, I spent a fair amount more than I'd planned on spending when I entered the store, but it was money well spent.
It's not often I'll make a guarantee, but I will make the following guarantee. Unless there are severe thunderstorms or a major blizzard I will visit this store from now on every time I come back to visit family. Thank you Vicky for your assistance. You're a great person to deal with!
I did go to Yelp.com and left a very good review of the store and would encourage others to do so also so we can hopefully push more business thier way. That way they can have a profitable business and continue to provide great products and service to the Holland, MI area.
I live in Chicago and can't wait for you to open a store there so I don't have to wait until I visit Michigan to shop in one of your retail stores. Chicago is a large city, but we really need more juice stores there since I've only been able to track down one there and from the reviews I've read on Yelp.com they indicate it's good, but it sounds like they don't have nearly the juice selection that FSU offers. PLEASE open a store in Chicago (not in a suburb, in the city, my vote would be on the north side). Sorry to ramble on and on, but I want encourage people in west Michigan to stop in and check out the products and meet the nice folks there. I'll shut up now.
