Email Gift Certificate not delivered?

I placed my first order (EVER!soexcited) on the 21st just before 9AM... I also purchased at the same time a $100 gift certificate for my friend. She hasn't received it yet... I know I got her email address right, checked it several times... it said within 24 to 48 hours. What's the best way to contact someone from V4L (assuming this isn't it, lol) to find out what's up?
