Do these require a charger different than the other ego batteries, like this one (I own a few of these from health cabin so I'm trying to find out if I require a different charger or if there's safety issues with chargers, etc): [Joyetech] Joye eGo T 1000mAh Manual Battery ?

Bumping this because I have the same question.
I currently use Ego T 1100 mAh batteries with an Ego Charger that is supposed to have an output of DC 4.2V - 420mA
This Ego Q 1100 mAh battery also says it must be used with a charger that has an output of DC 4.2V - 420mA
But the website directs you to use a charger that is specifically labeled for Ego Q/Ego K batteries
Has anyone who usually uses Ego T tried an Ego Q or Ego K battery with their usual charger?
I'm thinking if the battery power is the same and the charger output is the same, why is there a difference?

The 2 chargers are almost same. but they are from different manufacturers.
They can be exchangeable for most batteries.
