This happens occasionally to me. It's nothing to freak out about. All it is is residual juice on your RDA igniting probably because you have a 0.4 ohm coil- that's hot. Like I said just blow it out. I am also assuming that you weren't using it when the flame popped up- like the top cap was off right? Don't worry it's not gonna blow up in your face or anything. I think I remember you saying you bought 30 amp batteries the other day so you should be good.
