Haha. It's actually a 510-510 adapter. The sb is a 510 native device so the adapter just gives the atomizer in the dripshield enough height so your driptip will fit in your atty still. Go to my YouTube channel and I have a hoe to video for the empire dripshield on a lavatube. Same 510 connection as the sb!

Oh, do you know if I get the 501-501 SEALED or UN-SEALED adapter? What is the difference between them?

Either or will be fine, the SB connector is sealed. Just be sure to check the length on the adapter center post before installing it. Do this by threading the atomizer all the way onto the adapter. Check the protruding center post, if it is any longer than say the thickness of a couple of sheets of paper sand or file it down so it is. I get many repairs for crushed insulators that has the tell tale sign(round scratch) that the user was using a drip shield on the device. Most folks do not realize that when they try to take the drip shield off that they twist it tightening the adapter into the SB too far. From the adpaters that I see comming from Empire are normally spot on correct, it is the other's that I am more concerned about. It is always a good idea to check your adapters no matter where you get them from though. You also need to make sure that you rinse your adapter under running water a few times a week to keep any juice from building up in it. Lotsa juice is bad, when it dries it can be conductive.
