Hey Folks This past Friday we had a great time at Empire Mods thanks for coming. many folks came in seek of a Bishopheals coil. FORGETABOUTIT!!!! Heads up this Saturday I'll be at Fluid Vapor first monthly Meet 8-10-13 Its from opening to close. I will be there at 1pm till CLOSE (2am) FORGETABOUTIT!!!!!
Heads up I have to say that At empire mods I took great pleasure building a lot of coils for rbas and GG ithakas and Penelopes and odys. I regret to inform you that someone had the balls the BALLLLLS to slip me a RBA that was a clone Ithaka. As soon as he placed it in my hand I knew it wasn't a GG.
I said this in my videos previously I don't build coils for GG clones. I am not responsible if the device cant handle my sub ohms. Well looking at it was pretty close to what the eye can see. it also had the Wings logo on it. What gave it away was how that piece didn't sit flush and tight with base or with clear window. I feel that the guy must of bought that wing cap from bruce or vassilis to say hey i have an Ithaka. OK so that was problem number one.
Second problem, was with myself. Should I make the coil for this person? I asked him where did you get this Ithaka? He said he bought it from a friend. OK, I looked around me and saw many people waiting for a coil and I didnt want to start a scene I decided to make the coil. I made him my sub ohm coil a simple dual coil .6 ohms. Well after building it I had him test it with just the mouth piece. It had a lot of air coming in. He didnt like it. I said really Mmm. Then I had him try mine and he said why there is air on his and not in mine? I said you really want to know the answer to that question. So he wanted me to finish the build so I loaded the tank and the tank part with wings didnt screw in all the way so I already know its going to leak. The Seals were different and the brass that is on the 510 is longer than the one Imeo sent us. After seeing all these things I tell you the truth I wanted to see how it will perform. So the guy started to vape he got 3-4 good pulls till it started to leak and gurgle. I looked at it and saw the nut in ceramic was different than what imeo designed. Then he started to yell GG sucks ithaka sucks. I then took him outside and told him Ithaka doesnt suck what sucks is you were misled and you didnt buy a real GG. That is fake!!! Here look at mine and I took mine piece by piece to show him differences. Then he was embarrassed and felt terrible. I told him Ill help him get a real one and next time if you want a GG a real gg buy only from Vassilis or Bruce. They are only resellers for GG.
Even Keith From Empire Mods (owner) came out with his GG slims and avs. He was showing him how Imeo takes his time to make quality high end products. Products that has has long time ago that he still uses today. So pretty much guys dont be fooled into buying a GG Clone. If you dont know its a GG clone and you hand me one I will for now on say it on the spot to avoid problems.
Heads Up News Fluid vapor will have their Monthly Meet this Saturday August 10th from 12noon to 2am. I will be there conducting a coil building 101 workshop. Feel free to bring me all your GG devices I be happy to calibrate your pvs and make coils for your attys.
Feel free to call in advance and book your slot for one of my many Bishop Coils. I will take people in order and if you bring 3 attys I will only be able to do 1 atty till everyone done. Once done I will go back and do the extra attys you bring. I don't want anyone walking out without one of my coils.
