Ithaka and GG Action at Fluid Vapor

I was at Fluid Vapor yesterday and had a good turn out of people with there new GG Ithaka and ggts etc. here some pics of happy thrilled customers showing off there Bishop Dual Highlander coils and quad coils. They are so happy Imeo and we owe it to you Imeo for all that you do in GG. They Saw the new Just GG and they are so excited they can wait to get one. They started to preorder it online at the spot.

I was there form 2pm-12midnight making coils some folks couldnt get there coils sicne line was big. I wish I had Manos with me. Here some folks that we managed to get some pics. Wonderful warm caring people.

Bishopheals!!! Help me!! I just received my Ithaka last week and I've yet to make a coil/wick setup that doesn't give me horrible dry burnt hits. I can pull for maybe 2-5 seconds if that before the taste gets terribly burnt.

I've tried using 4-6 pieces of wick (the 6 was 1mm ekowool and reallly tight, probably too tight) but I did a single coil last night @ .8 ohms and it just tastes terrible.

Reallly frustrating. If you can give me any suggestions as to what I might be doing wrong that would be great.

Eakwool is your enemy with VG base at sub ohms. Need Silica wick on my last video with nut replacement on Ithaka I actually show how to build it. take a look at it and let me know if you still have issues.

cotton hemp is a great great wick to use. i use it more for a drip rba at really really low ohms like .4 ohms it sucks that juice so fast. Mmmm

I only have a small suggestion so people can replace the nut a little easier. They can keep with screwdriver the nut while they screw the center post on the nut. That way the first thread of the nut will go easy on the center post . Then things are easy to be done like you shjow on video

So I rebuilt it the other night with some 1.5mm silica. It's not the best build but it vapes well enough. Currently vaping some Max VG juice and every now and then I have to screw the mouthpiece back down if it sits for too long. Any word about the XC-*** ceramic wick and how it performs?

Yes if you using same as mine then you need to boil more more more more.
