It only happened to me once when I didn't shake the bottle, I was lazy and thought what harm can it do. After that I shake it like Polaroid picture before use. :D:D:D
So I would assume this would be caused by separation. I have always shaken my juices before using it, and it tastes the same from beginning to end. It is just a habit and I never thought it actually did much if anything.

I have been ordering juice for over 7 years and have bought hundreds and hundreds of juices and never noticed any difference in shaking or not shaking juices and no difference from top to bottom...now I have tried diy a few times and after I made it, there were little bubbles in it, so it wasn't mixed yet, this definitely required a lot of shaking, but the vendor juices, no shaking. Now maybe it's the juiced I buy, 50/50 to 50/70 and mostly tobaccos , so maybe this shaken stuff is the high vg fruity COPYRIGHTDMCA or lollipop flavors, not sure. There were a couple high alcohol based juices I bought that had to be shaked and top cap removed to release the alcohol a day or so, but not every time you use it

Interesting. I guess certain flavors would have different degrees and speed of separation.

Shaken, not stirred. LOL.

I usually shake my juices but I DIY so it's kind of an ingrained habit, since I'm all busy shaking them as they steep.

I'm not sure if this is a myth or not, but I do sometimes feel a bit silly as I am sitting there, shaking my juice bottles. I don't think it can exactly hurt though, I mean....

Not really sure tbh. I guess when I buy vendor juice it's all mixed and shaken already . Every juice I have ever bought has none of those tiny bubbles, like when you diy , and never seen any separation in the juices. I would actually say that the bottom of my bottles taste better then the top, because by then it's aged better...I think steeping is just an aging process and nothing to do with separation. I'm far from a juice expert, but I do know that the juices I buy do not separate or are better if shakened every time.

It got me interested so I did a little searching. Here is a couple of pics of ejuice that clearly separated so it must be possible, maybe to a lesser degree with some than others.

Oh no doubt it does , I could see exactly that when I diy a few times, but when I buy some from a vendor, it's done with all that . I would kind of complain if I received juice like that.
