empty cartomizers?

I have a red dragon and I found that it vapes pretty good, but only if I drip it. Does anyone know where I might be able to find EMPTY cartomizers? I hate to waste money buying pre-filled ones when I just end up rinsing out the flavor so I can drip it.
I e-mailed red dragon and they said they wont sell them empty.

I was under the impression that suppliers just buy thier e-cigs from manufacturers and put thier name on it, and thier are many different brand names for the same thing.

I have heard of "blank cartomizers", but am not sure where to get them. There is another thread out there somewhere.
