EMS returns shipping

I placed an order and shipped through EMS. According to EMS:

Arrival at Post Office: May 26 (Sunday)
Attempted Delivery: May 28 (Tuesday)
Attempted Delivery: May 30 (Thursday)


I checked my PO Box on June 3 (Monday). I check my mail every Monday.

The postal employee stated that the package was scheduled to be returned on June 1 (Saturday). I had only 4 days to pick up the package (Tuesday-Friday)? Is there anything I can do to get my package redelivered?

Thank you for your information here. could you contact your local USPS and ask their help, because all EMS orders are delivered by USPS in USA?
Also please let us know if they can not help you. :)

Sorry for the late follow up. I just wanted to let people know about the customer service with Health Cabin.

After waiting patiently for a couple of weeks, I submitted a ticket. After a couple of correspondences they agreed on replacing my order. I promptly received the replacement.

Great customer service! They are now my primary "go-to" for ecig supplies.
