I'm surprised this doesn't get talked about much in the forum. Liberty Flights is selling the EMDCC outfitted with a SINGLE 2.0ohm or 2.5ohm coil. I've tried it, and it's amazing. Hold about 4ml, and vapes beautifully - all day!
I'm using the 2ohm version on a standard joye eGo battery, 650mah. The dual coil 1.5ohm version is fine, but it seemed to always struggle a little bit. Lots of vapor, but the vapor was coolish. Also took quite a toll on my little 650 battery.
The single coil version is almost like a boge 2.0 carto, but it seems like it never runs dry. It's the same large body with the whistle type mouthpiece as the EMDCC. It definitely sounds like it's waking up more than the dual coil with that one coil sizzling away, and the vapor is the perfect temperature (not too warm or cool). It's a beautiful thing, and I just wanted everyone to know that it's something that's available. Heck, I didn't even know about them until 2 weeks ago, and I even looked for something similar a few times!
LF is the only place that's doing these, and they are "special order", meaning LF is having them built to this spec. That doesn't mean they're overpriced, though. It's about the same cost as the dual coils. If they catch on, smoktech would probably mass produce them, which I hope they do.
