Aside from the nasty tobacco withdrawal I'm going through in my first week, I can't believe the increase in energy I'm having (even with not getting a good night's sleep do to withdrawal). I've noticed this immediately. No more getting home from work and wanting to nap. Anyone else notice such a massive difference so soon after quitting? Also, what is the scientific explanation? What is it about being a smoker that drains energy?

I am not a smart man. Thank you. :toast:

Like da gent that went to his doc and said, "It hurts when I do this!"

Doc, "Then don't do that!"

Was havin' a bit o' fun wid ya. But seriously, that's what it all comes down to!

I'm at an age (65 years young) where I'm not gonna go out and test my youthful memories. After six months of vaping, my BP went down 11 points on both ends and my O2 absorption level went from 92 to 98. In fact I had a doc's appointment today and my O2 is still at 98 with no lung 'noise' at all (previously had pre-COPD indications).

I'm at an age where I've already done some irreversible damage through 45 years of 2 PaD. But at least I'm making da best of what's left!!! Well, kinda...

Seriously, the thought never even dawned on me! Congrats on the good health. I'm turning 35, PAD+ for about 20 years, and loving this new found energy. :)
