I'm not super familiar with your
device. I'd imagine it's possibly not charged correctly, did you charge it before trying to use it? However, it could be something else. I did look on youtube to see if any reviewers took a look at it (sometimes watching a review can be helpful) and here is one I will link: ttps://

There were several more you can just do a youtube search on the device. I will watch a couple
reviews on each device I purchase, as something seeing something reviewed and discussed is worth many, many user manuals.

reviews don't help, or you can't isolate the problem, perhaps going to a reasonably educated brick and mortar might help, they can help you isolate the problem if the kit is defective, and if it is, you want to know before your warranty period runs out.
