I picked up one of these:

Which I found perfect for holding parts. A little modification by inserting Urethane Foam or Potting Foam (for juice bottles in the bottom cups,) and I'm actually thinking about picking up another two of these boxes. Just don't think it's got enough clearance for 100ml bottles... but it does for 30ml ones.

I think art bins, tool boxes, and tackle boxes are the best, affordable options. For portability, the ego cases are a decent choice, though I think a hard glasses case, medicine case (amazon it... mesh pockets are ideal) hard drive case (like Case Logic) are better.

I use an art bin I got for half off after finding a coupon on my phone from Michael's, but I think I may need something bigger soon.
