Eroll PCC has stopped charging

Hi there,
I bought an Eroll about a month ago. Everything was great until 2 days ago - the PCC isn't charging the cigarette anymore. I have changed the battery, changed the atomizer - nothing helps. The PCC is charged. I tried to clean the golden parts of the atomizer as I saw advised here on the forum but it didn't work either.
Any idea?

i'm back to real cigarettes in the meanwhile

I don't know anything about that particular system but all I can advise backups for your backups. that way when something breaks you don't have to go back to real cigarettes

I'm so sorry to hear that! I'm not familiar so I can't help but after you have a few more posts, try posting in the e-roll forum. Maybe someone there can help.

I wonder if the pin in the charger is pushed in instead of the head on the battery?

Do you have a multimeter to check the output from the connector the battery screws down on?

Hey guys,
Thank you all for your replies. Well, today I visited my mother who also uses Eroll (I bought for both of us). I tried to charge my cigarette with her PCC and it *did* work. Then I tried to charge her cigarette in my PCC and it didn't. Since there is no problem with the PCC charging itself, I assume there is something wrong in the connection between it and the cigarette. Though the pins don't seem to be pushed in or anything. Perhaps this give you any new ideas....?
