I just got my 901 from Katy over at TheSmokelessShop today (though I think it arrived at my old address that I didn't realize paypal still had a few days ago). In any case I saw that the batteries were precharged and everything so I went ahead and tried it out. The first couple of drags were ok. There was a moderate amount of visible vapor and I was pretty pleased. It didn't last long though. After the first 2 or 3 draws the vapor becomes so thin that it can't be seen and I can just barely taste it so I'm not really sure if it's there or not. I tried a variety of techniques to inhale. I tried slow long drags, which seemed the least effective, and quick hard drags which sometimes worked quite well but other times not at all. Eventually I decided to change atomizers. It went about the same with the second atomizer. Good at first but quickly declining results to the point where I started craving a cigarette even though I had been puffing on the 901 pretty continuously for a while.

In any case, the LED lights up and all, sometimes flashes from taking long draws or too many too fast from my experimenting and besides I have 3 batteries. That's not the issue. I had really similar results with both atomizers and my cart was new, though I did top it off when I stopped getting vapor. I believe it was full though and still is pretty full. I have a hard time telling if it's wet from looking, but if I touch my index finger to it my finger looks wet. So my cart should be good, my atomizers are working identically at least, and I have fully charged batteries. Is it just a breaking in period I need to get through or am I doing something wrong? I'll have all day tomorrow to try to figure it out at least. Any helpful information you can provide would be great. I just know I've seen videos and such of people demonstrating ecigs and I'm not getting anywhere near that amount of vapor 95% of the time. Usually I can't see any at all.

batteries dont come fully charged! make sure that you put a battery on charge for a full 8 hours before using them for the 1st time. after that 8 hour initial charge, leave on charge for 2 - 3 hours when battery has drained.

ignore the green light on the charger.......it pretty much means nothing! (i have quite a few e cigs now and every charger i have turns green within about 10 - 30 minutes even though the battery has not been fully charged)

you will definitely notice a difference then! but also be aware that the 901 carts only really perform well when really wet. they can still appear damp but for whatever reason they simply wont perform as well as a soaking wet cart. get yourself some juice and top up the cart with a couple of drops when vapour starts to diminish.

I wouldn't normally expect batteries to come precharged but there was a hand written note saying that they were. I was just looking over some other threads and saw a bit about priming the atomizer with 3-4 drops of juice and letting it stand. After a few minutes of testing I'm inclined to say I should have done that in the first place. Everything seems to be working much better now. Thanks for your ridiculously quick responses though. For a minute I was afraid I had defective or damaged products or that there was some sort of crafty trick I was missing, which I guess there was since I must've either missed the bit about priming the atomizer in teh manual or it just wasn't there. In any case it's vaping pretty good now, thanks!
