I'm wondering if anyone with any of the "Max" family (this was on a TMax) has experienced this error:
The device powers up but will not fire, and reads "HHHH..." (all "H"s) on the screen. We've tried numerous toppers (clearos, cartos & rba) and numerous batteries, so I'm at a loss.
The 14 day warranty did not cover this, at less than 30 days, and a simple request-for-information (NOT a request to replace) to Exhale was one of the most useless exercises I've ever witnessed.
If anyone can help me resurrect this apparent-waste-of-money, I'd be greatly appreciative.
