I think I figured it out, It is the cartomizer we're using, It has too low ohms for the system.
What is your carto/clearo rated at?
Idk it a boge xl lr but it looks like a dual coil

Dang it, I just ordered some cartomizers to see if they would work.
It only happens once in a blue moon and now that I got my other starters working it's working with that one

I followed the link in the OP, the picture it shows is a Chinese copy of the Lava Tube.

I noticed that with the look of the top and the bottom of it.
Also the prices there are very high, these have the Lava Tubes V2s at great prices
