I placed an order with esmokershop.com on 4/11. I needed some atomizers and an extra USB charger for my new 401. The order was sent out on 4/13 and received it today, 4/15. There was a small error with my order, and I emailed and got a response within the hour from Brandon. It was resolved above and beyond my satisfaction.

Just thought since sources for some items were getting scarce, and I've found myself having to buy from unknowns, I would let folks know the exceptional service I received from this newer vendor.
