espresso machine rather than shark

saw a video by shan burkholder where she steam cleaned an atty with an espresso machine... well walmart sells one for like 35 bucks made by mr.coffee so I am getting one. the wife wants one real bad to make coffee (she used to be a barista) and i most certainly see this as a win-win. yet another tool in the battle against gunked attys and i get delicious coffee too! and a happy Mrs!!

Cool that sounds great. If the wife used to be a barista I bet it will be quite a shock going form $1000.00 + machines
to a 35 dollar Mr. Coffee though

You Definitely get what you pay for these days's, if I where going to use it for my coffee machine i would be spending more than $35 myself but either way it should work great for doing Attys ;-)

actually her cousin has one of the machines and it makes great espresso, and the steamer works great! she brought it over and my wife made us all coffees. she thought the end result was just as good as the stuff she served at joe muggs. it's all about what u put in it. the machine works on the same principle as all the rest, just on a smaller scale. thats why she wants this particular model

I use mu Jura coffee/espresso machine to steam attys when I need to. It wants to blow them off so you have to clip them on somehow.

got my new espresso machine last night It works great on the atties, and my wife made me some delicious coffee for dessert... pretty awesome stuff. gotta fabricate some sort of attachment for atomizers to go on the steamer. how long do ya'll steam 'em for?

I slip a couple of carto condoms over the jaws of a pair of needle nose pliers and hold my attys to the steamer on the Shark. I start with about 5-10 seconds from the battery end, then the same from the top, then the battery end again.
