if you looked at the website that is in oregon, it is definately usp and certified by the fda. I just bought a gallon of their vg and it was usp,fcc, and kosher. it was under 13.00 before shipping

I have been buying PG and VG from Essential Wholesale for over a year and have never had an issue.
