On the paranormal side, my favorite these days is ghost adventures, but I have more fun reminiscing about my own days if ghost hunting, I've seen things that would curl your hair.
For non-fiction books on the paranormal, I would suggest these two by the same author:

The Search for a Soul: Taylor Caldwell's Psychic Lives ~ Stearn, Jess (1974)
