Eucalyptus oil vg pg or forget it?

Hey ive bought myself a bottle of eucalyptus oil... But for some reason i cannot make it mix with my vg... Should i be using pg instead or should i rather just forget about making my own eucalyptus liquid?

Wow, good question. You can make it mix with VG, you just aren't providing enough force. Shake it for an hour. Yes, an hour. Or, get a machine to do it.
They have paint shakers/hardware stores in Denmark, no? Of course the do. Pay the man for it's use.

Bickford, FairiesFinest, Flavour Arts, Lorann and other flavoring companies have "not recommended" and similar remarks after all their oil based flavorings. worrisome if not water soluble. TPA has stuff like peppermint but she has made alll of hers water based.


I am no authority on this and I know many vape some stuff wiht oiis, I would seriously do some heavy research and know what I was doing before vaping oils of any kind, and also understand about lipid pneumonia, etc. althought it seems like you would have to vape an awful lot of it to be dangerous.

We do have paint shakers in denmark... But rules here are screwed up and long story short i cant get to one -.-'... But im trying to get a friend to built me one...

Eucalyptus oil (PIM 031)

I have been vaping eucalyptus before.. Only negative side effects i found was that it took the worst out of having a cold and i got vapers tounge after 2 weeks... Massive vapers tounge...

Put the VG in a tempered glass container and microwave it before adding the crystals. I bet a turkey sandwich that they will melt when added to piping-hot VG.

Try adding TFA Koolada for extra cool.

Tried putting the bottle into a cup filled with boiling water.. The crystals dissolved alright but when the liquid cooled down they hardened into what looks like candle wax in a glass of water... Made by a really unlucky child...

If i did that it would be the sixth time... Im starting to wonder if i went a little nuts with the crystals... Is there a saturation limit for the vg where it simply cant bond with more crystals?... Or is it just a matter of being more stubborn than the liquid?

Wonder if an ultrasonic jewlery cleaner would do the trick. there pretty cheap to buy. I would think an hour in that would do the trick.

There certainly is a saturation point at which the liquid will not suspend any more of a chemical. Heat will make the dissolving much quicker, and will also increase the amount that will stay suspended, but when the heat is gone, the saturation point lowers and the excess settles. This is discussed often here with ethyl maltol crystals.

VG will generally dissolve significantly less than PG will. Adding some distilled water to the VG should help it take up more.

I have said so before and I will say again ESSENTIAL OILS are nothing to be messing with unless you have seriously looked into what they can do, safety precautions, and what they should be /or not be used for! Many are as dangerous as the nic itself. This particular one is iffy. Do yourself a favor make a soy candle with your oil and vape something meant to vape while your candle burns away!
