    No you can't
EUROPA - PRESS RELEASES - Press Release - Tobacco products: towards bigger health warnings and ban of strong flavourings

"Extension of the scope of the Directive : Nicotine Containing Products (e.g. electronic cigarettes) below a certain nicotine threshold are allowed on the market, but must feature health warnings; above this threshold such products are only allowed if authorised as medicinal products, like nicotine replacement therapies. Herbal cigarettes will have to carry health warnings."

Do you think what the EU did, the USA will follow?

    From STEVESVAPE
Among the restrictions on e-cigarettes specifically include limiting nicotine content to 4mg/ml or less (the next best thing to 0 nicotine). Also, the few products that end up staying on the market will have to have some sort of undetermined health warnings.

no matter what im sure the makers of ecigs are about to watch their sales drop through the flloor with 4mg or less, and now that big tob is getting involved im sure they will gear up for a fight, as they didnt just invest in these companies so they could make no money.

also it remains to be seen where a lot of what we do fits in with this, as most of the wording seems directed at the prebuilt ecigs. once the focus of things like ejuice and diy nic are added it will become clearhow it will effect vapors.

You have a good point, though the attack looks like it's at nicotine. If no nicotine then no problem.
It could be a problem for DIY's getting nicotine.
(Could be a good reason to stockup in EU)

I like how they added wording (medicinal products, like nicotine replacement therapies) big business MONEY, MONEY, MONEY coving there backs. It looks like some of them have been paid for already.

Theres always something to be worried about as we had our own recent congressional hearings last week. and yea its about that money, but i cant imagine lorrilard spending several million dollars to buy blu just so they could lose it all.

it will be a mess if they stop DIY nic. better believe the mexican mafia will be in that one too, in places like washington you will go to walgreens to buy some (STUFF) and have to go in the alley to get a bottle of nic from the street dealer lol
