Briefly describe your problem or issueOn the second of may I made a deal with evapor. they would upgrade my vaporshark dna20 to a dna30 because of fire button and 510 connection. I only had to pay 30 euro. Since then they replied to an e-mail stating that some goods were stuck in customs and they would get back to me. I have heard nothing and cant reach them by phone. They allso said the vaporsharks were only sold as a backorder. But when you go to their site, you can put them in the basket and checkout, no problem. I hope I hear from them soon...
