I've been reading these posts for over three weeks now, and I hear everyone saying that "your tastes will change".

It just blows my mind...one flavor will taste fantastic one day, and the next...even BETTER....I accidentally mixed my two favorite juices and OMG....it just keep getting better and better.

I keep expecting my food to taste differently, but it doesn't...at least not enough for me to tell.

Michele.....My sense of taste did not improve as much as my sense of smell when I quit smoking....after a few months I was able to detect some improvement...but the sense of smell..WOW!!:)The Wiz!

My sense of smell coming back is the first thing I noticed... in the shower... I could smell how wonderful my bodywash and shampoo smelled and was like 'woaaaah'.... then being able to smell my clean fresh hair all day and the fabric softener in my clothes mmmmmmm :D Now I can tell right away if the puppy makes a oopsy or if anything is out of the ordinary in my home... I'm like a bloodhound :p My taste has changed also. I loooove coffee but noticed how very bitter it tasted.. had to switch brands. Also I noticed I had been cooking with too much salt... things just taste so much different, it's wonderful!

I have been vaping away like crazy for ... 3 days now and can't imagine ever going back to tobacco. The most amazing thing to me was how I could smell it on other people who had just had a cigarette. Did I really smell like that?!! I got WAY too much nicotine that first day I felt like I had just chain smoked 4 packs in 5 hours. I've mellow out already and just enjoy it. I have had no desire to smoke a cigarette. I still have 16 cigarettes left in my last pack.

I was the same way, I got my 1st e-cig and gave my pack of cigs to the wife right after trying it. Its amazing how easy it is to ditch the cigs after 21 years of a pack a day.
