Most of us are probably posting links rather than actual pics ... If you click on the symbol that looks like a magnifying glass ( to the left of filmstrip symbol ) at the top of your reply/edit box, it will pop a window where you can just paste the link where your image resides. Does that help and/or make sense?

There are 2 ways to post your image in the original size.

#1 Direct link using HTML tags.

or the little picture box in your reply editor where you will see "insert image" from URL.

#2 Use an image hosting site such as TinyPic TinyPic - Free Image Hosting, Photo Sharing & Video Hosting, Imgur imgur: the simple image sharer or an account with PhotoBucket http://photobucket.com. These sites provide you with a forum link to be copied and pasted.

DOUBLE EDIT: If you use the edit picture box, remember to uncheck the "retrieve remote file" box.
