Just a last post to tie this up. I never contacted anyone (I don't go begging for something free!), but I have checked the site a couple times out of curiosity. It's always down (once you click on the 18+ option). It says it'll be back in 15 minutes to an hour ... but that message has been there for weeks. UpAndDown was last on ECF on 2-27. The site's Twitter account has been dormant since that date as well (previously, Tweets were just about daily, sometimes multiple times per day).

Put it all together and I think we can call this retailer dead. I hope it was just business and not some other personal emergency that caused the abrupt shutdown. Although, if the former, I'm not sure why the facade of having a contest. Hope everyone is okay on their end.

I hope everything is okay, but it sure sounds like they had an emergency. It's the only thing that would explain a sudden disappearance like that.
