306 atties have an exposed bridge so you can't use 510 ttips. But they have 510 threads so you can use them on your 510 adapters. I suggest trying one of Isaac's clear 306 drip tips, they work really well and don't crack. You could make your own 306 drip tip by using a 510 atty tube over a cut down 306 mouthpiece, that way you could use your SS ttips. That's what many of us have done...
For 3.7V, you really should try the Mini 801 2.0 ohm. It's pretty sweet....
