Evic customer service NON EXISTENT!

I have an Evic supreme that is no longer functioning properly. It will claim atomiser short when it gets down to a certain battery percentage (every battery I own behaves the same in the Evic). I attempted to make contact two months ago for the first time Via email. No response. I have since tried to contact them several more times since then and haven't heard a peep out of them. I need to send them my mod so they can diagnose or fix it. I can't seem to find a phone number anywhere or else I would call them. If I had known they wouldn't stand behind their product I never would have put money into it.

In most cases with joyetech the vendor who sold it should be responsible for warranty claims.

Even if not a warranty claim, the vendor you bought it from will likely have a direct contact that they can use to help you get repair service. I would check with them as a first step

Sub ohming requires more safety consciousness. You need to know the limits of your mod and batteries before you begin sub ohming.

.5 ohms is within the evics capabilities. No where does it say .498 will kill the device. That's what you guys are here to help with and I appreciate it. But please don't patronize me. Just a friendly request.

I contacted MVS and they told me that the Evic supreme has been discontinued. Can't say that I am surprised by that seeing how fast these companies are pushing out new devices. They will no longer offer support for the Evic and offered me a 50% store credit. That is fair in my book and I took them up on their offer. I already have an Yihi Mini M SX350 on the way so I need to figure out a productive way to spend $75 on MVS... That's that. Thanks for the tips guys I appreciate it.
