Evic supreme with delta tank

Hi all.

Hope this is in the right forum. I recently ordered the evic supreme and after a couple days of debate, ordered the delta tank to go with it. I used the supreme with my nautilus til the delta arrived. I now have the delta but having some issues with it. The system produces huge vapor and flavor,,,,but the problem I am having is that once the tank is about a quarter usedI get air through the intake tube and also start to get acutual liquid on my draws. I am waiting to hear back from joyetech but no answer yet. The tank also has a rotating air flow control ring which started to leak shortly after I started using it. I changed the atomizer and that seemed to stop. Any one else have the setup and having any issues? Seems to me that if it is common, no sense having a 6ml tank if you can only use a quarter of it before you refill. I am fairly new to vaping and apv\s so any ideas or suggestions would be welcome! Thanks guys

I have to say I am terribly disappointed with the support from Joyetech. There has been absolutely none! I have sent several emails to seek advice on the probs I have had with the setup and I am totally ignored. Will probably never buy joyetech again. Very very poor after sales service. I love the setup but there is some issues. I tried to seek advice on the problems. but got ignored. Very disappointed with all the hype of the product. Seems customer satisfaction is not a high priority....sorry...my rant for the day!!

I've had my Delta for about 2 weeks now and have had no problems with it whatsoever. The only leaking I've experienced with it is when I go outside on break (at work). I've read that the change in temperature can affect e-cig tanks across the board. Other than that, this thing is my go-to tank. My only gripe is the price of replacement oils..... 5 pack at $24.95. No biggie though. It's worth it.

I bought mine from Sweet Vapes if I remember right.

Thanks for the feedback folks. I emailed them shortly after I got the tank. In fact the day after I got it. Be about 3 weeks ago now. I had ordered both the supreme and the delta from official joyetech store in the States. Lots of communication when I placed the order and was waiting for it....but nothing after I had issues. I have done some playin with it and I still get some serious air and gurgling when I hit about half a tank. It seems to settle out after several puffs. Havent had anymore leaking issues. I did order some more coils and these I ordered from Sweet Vapes. Found them on the net and the service has been great from them. Will be doing my ordering from them from now on. I know that climate changes can affect the tank, but this is all in my apt. that I had the issues. This puppy stays at home and take my other mods out with me ....cheaper ones. But my issues seem to be pretty regular with the air on draws and gurgling. Might be an issue with the tank but overall it works. Still disappointed with no reply

Yeah 3 weeks IMO is WAY too long I was thinking you just contacted them 2-3 days ago and you just hadn't heard anything. Have you tried sending multiple follow up emails with them? Hopefully you hear something back and in the meantime it's good to know you got your tank back working and leak free. Also sweet vapes is a great place to do business with and they ship extremely fast! Goodluck and keep us posted

Yepper, I sent several follow up emails. No reply to any of them. Totally disappointed with the service. I still have some issues with the tank but not major things. I just wished they would give me some answers. I know if they ever do reply, they will say, sorry warranty has expired. It has really soured me on joyetech

I have issues with joytech my self, never with my delta but with joytech. I now deal with my LVS (local vapor store) for my joytech needs. Which eliminates having to deal with them. When I first got my delta I had gurgling "much more than normal" and took it to my lvs and found a faulty gasket to be the cause. It might be your issue and is a super easy fix. Where you atty sits in the vent tube there is a semi clear gasket that looks like a washer. A tooth pick will remove it easily. And you can put in a new one. What we used was an o ring that was the same size and problem solved. My delta is my number one clearomizer. Never leave home without it.
