Evic totally dead from Vaporkings after less than 60 days

But, they decided to replace the head, even though it was out of warranty and I did not have a chance to get the unit hooked up to my PC because it died and had no serial number. That was my fault since I have had a busy travel schedule, got a new PC, and, of course threw away the box. Thanks Vaporkings for standing up for your products. Stuff happens with electronics. Sadly, it's a part of our modern lifestyle. I have gone through two new Windows 8 tablets, a brand new desktop, and a high end digital camera in the last few months. They all had extended warranties, but Vaporkings could have stuck to the letter of their warranty. It pays to buy from a good vendor.

Your Serial # is on the Side of your BOX along with the scratch off authentication ##
Seems VaporKings has let several recall units slip through the cracks. Not knocking, I use and like them. Stuff happens.

Hate to hear you got a faulty device, but glad they're taking care of you. I may have to check them out, never bought anything from them but hearing this makes me want to give them a look
