Looks like I will not buy that mod...I was never a fan of internal batteries anyway. IPV3 Li it is!

So. how many time will you fire the PV3 Li under 30watts where this becomes an issue. Seriously, what your really saying is I will not buy a 60watt device because it might damage my coils if i fire it under 30watts, so i better get the 165watt device.?

No that's not what I'm saying. I could have said Snow Wolf 200w, Sigelei 75w, or SX Mini M class instead. But the Snow Wolf is unproven in a way to me, and the SX mini M class is out of my price range, and I've been drooling over the SX350J chip since before it was available on varitube.
It's about the price point and features. And at $100+-$10 the IPV3 Li has way more to offer to ME, than the EVIC VT.

What I'm REALLY saying is that I do not want a mod that does not fire at the wattage/voltage I have it set to when I'm not using it that could potentially give me headaches because of the 30w pulse fire when rested. I don't know the chipset, it does not have firmware updates, and I don't like internal battery mods. I prefer using 18650's.

60 watts is enough for me, but I'd prefer the SX mini M class. Either that or figure out if I could fit an SX350j chip into the body of my IPV Mini 30w. Hopefully the dimensions of the SX130 vs. the SX350j are close enough to the point where the only thing I would need to do is solder the connections and make a hole in the front for the onboard USB.

I'm quite enjoying my Evic VT. It's been working perfectly for me in TC mode and in VW mode. Unless you're a high ohm, low wattage vaper you'd never even notice the 1 second 30 watt power burst on a cold atty. I never noticed and it doesn't bother me in the least.

Wait the Evic VT is a $60.00 device, and i was trying to point out the fact that you would never have any headaches. My guess (with the wattage range you are looking at) you would never put a Nautilus mini on top of the Evic. This would be the only time you might have a problem with the 30watt pulse when it is turned on. i am sure any atty you put on top will be able to handle a 1 second pulse of 30watts. with out any headaches.

What other device on your list even comes close to the $60.00 price point complete with batteries and charger? Not trying to say the Evic is perfect, but it does have an amazing amount of features for the price point.

I do have both the full size nautilus and the mini, which I use on my IPV mini 30w in PWM mode. Im just not a fan of internal battery mods, and I've seen a ton of things go wrong with Joytech's Ego mods. Also eleaf iStick 50w battery explosions and auto firing. I have plenty of 18650's and would prefer a mod that takes them. My list is short, either I buy a chip like the sx350j at $79 or wait for the DNA200 at $80 to build a mod with (I have battery sleds and extra 510 connections), or I can buy an IPV3 Li at around $99, a Sig 75w for about $80, or wait for the new Sig150 TC, which will probably be out of my range.

WITHOUT temp control, an IPV mini 70w is around the same price as the EVIC, and has pass thru charging, and with the price of VTC4's on orbtronics at $5.99, you have the same set up, but no temp control. I mean if you factor in nickel wire, tank specific Ni200 & Ti coils, you're looking at the same price.

My ideal is an SX mini M class but that's about $100 out of my price range, and I'm assuming whatever company manufacturing mods for the DNA200 chip will be around the same price as the SX, or more expensive, considering the use of 3x Lipo packs to achieve the 12.6v required to get full power from the chip.

It's just not my cup of tea, and I rarely go above 70w, my highest wattage box is an original Sigelei 100w. Not the 100w+.

Edit: found this deal today. IPV4 for $62.99. IPV4 100 Watt Mod $62.99 | Vaping Cheap
