Hmm thats plenty high enough temp.

I have no idea if the VT's ship with a Titantium head, i know they come with a nickel head or two, do you have it set to the correct temp control mode for the head you're using. IE if its a nickel coils it is in Temp Ni mode or vice versa?

Plenty of juice in the tank, airflow open etc?

Everything seemed to be in check, but I just tried the titanium coil and it worked a hell of a lot better.

Well at least it's working better now.

Its entirely possible the other coil is a dud and is not wicking properly, or has a hotspot etc causing it to hit TP fast, factory built coils can vary widely in performance.

Would be a good idea to grab a pack of spare heads for the tank, in whatever type you prefer, you'll need them in a bit anyway.
