Evo Intelliicig - I just swallowed some liquid nicotine, it's all over the place

Well I finally went through my carts and I got some liquid from intellicig, tried topping the cartridge up like in their video and got a mouthful of liquid for my efforts. Any help would be most appreciated, this is the 1st time I do this. I'm really pleased with the whole e-cig experience but I've just mucked this up royally.
