im not sure what the problem is but my EVO/3VO just stopped working today. batteries are charged, center posts are making contact, and even lights up when i press the button. tried different batteries and different cartos and not works... just wanted to know if anyone had any idea whats going on before i contact the vendor; it is almost 6am for me haha

Without a multimeter to measure the voltage and the resistance of what you're screwing into it, it's going to be hard to tell.
I assume you checked the voltage on the batteries as well. The only other thing I can suggest, and this is a long shot, is to check and make sure that theres nothing stopping the batteries from making good contact. After that, unless you're really willing to dig into it, you're probably talking to the vendor.
I assume you're dealing with 310? It's not their fault. They should have new stock any day now. My unit has been fussy since a week ago. Some cartos work, while others don't at all and I get the white blinking light. Some I screw in almost all the way and hit the switch, get the colored light, and then screw in the carto until it fires. If I screw it too far, the switch blinks white again and I get nothing. I have to back off the carto a hair and try again. Hopefully, this is just a a few isolated units out of hundreds they get from China in a shipment.
i know its not they're fault, which is why if i could fix it i would. 310 has been pretty awesome for me so far and they're local. but i have had it for less than 30 days so it qualifies for a replacement. i talked the matt and he said they should have more in tomorrow or the next day.
Hye guys I actually just started having a problem with mine last night. Fully charged batts and when I put it together it lights up yellow but doesnt fire. Ive tried different cartos and holding down the button (for 20-30 seconds) but nothing happens. Thanks God for backups!

)was if I had a back up. They could feel my pain. I had my 3VO for week....what a tease. Been using different batteries on my Bolt w/ext. to get higher voltage. Hope we get replacements before next weekend. I miss using it........

I miss using it........spiral, did you get your replacement yet? mine was replaced yesterday with the v2.1 and last night i noticed it beeps whenever i press the button... wth?!?! its pretty low but its definitely there. never noticed it with my v1. anyone else have this?
