Just use this simple calculator to figure out the wattage(s) you like. For example, if you like your 2.5Ω coils at 3.7V, you want 5.5 watts. To get 5.5 watts with a 1.5Ω coil you'll need 2.9v--can't be done with your battery. The lowest wattage you get from your setup--3.3v and 1.5Ω--is 7.25W, which is a bit higher than you like.
