I can confirm this. The EVOD does fit on my iTaste MVP (bought from a local supplier a month ago).

The two together looks and works quite well. The EVOD has a bottom ring (base ring) that when screwed into the MVP flushes the EVOD to the device. No need for the supplied beauty ring.

I have to say, coming back from a trip to Montana, (20 day trip) I was able to put the EVOD and MVP to the test. I didn't want to bring my more expensive mods and I was really quite impressed by this combo. The combo fit in my pocket well, handled the rigors of daily hikes and it's charge lasted me a long time. All in all, it was reliable and satisfying.

I took it on the plane with me and the cabin pressure did spew fluid out of the drip tip on occasion. Other than that I have been really happy with this combo. Quite impressed for a mod that didn't break the bank.

Just a FYI. My MVP, and according to at least two other owners here on ECF, does not accept a cartotank (510 thread) with or without the beauty ring adaptor. The Evod and iClear clearomizers with eGo skirt threading do.

I suspect the center pin on the MVP is too short to make the electrical connection.

I would be checking into what is going on.

Yeah, I've seen those pics of cartotanks on MVP's, too.

As I hypothesized, I have a hunch that there must be at least a few MVP's that have a short center post which is not able to make connection with a 510 thread device. As I said, I know of at least three MVP's in which a cartotank will not work, either with or without the beauty ring adaptor.

I received my MVP for free from winning a B&M promotion raffle drawing. My intent from the get go was to donate the MVP to a smoker friend who is considering to start vaping and will likely use clearomizers exclusively. If I planned to keep the MVP for myself, I would have pulled the center pin up for my cartotanks. Since I have been testing it out with the iClear clearomizers that came with the kit to familiarize myself with the MVP, and they work great, I was reluctant to mess with the center pin and possibly mess it up for my friend.

Among other things, I use the locking type carto tanks on my MVP - If I use the supplied beauty ring or most any 1 other sleeve, they don't make contact. My guess is that the locking ring, which covers the carto flange, is just thick enough to prevent the connection. (Have the same issue with straight sided cones on a Spinner, although the tapered cone I have is apparently shorter.

Yes, does sound like a pin height problem, Bad. Heck, just wiggle it up a millimeter...

Evods and T3s work fine, although I never use the MVP beauty ring with them, or other clearos, either. There's a chance the clearo base will get stuck inside the beauty ring, and then everything comes apart when you go to remove it....
