EVOD: Two catastrophic leaks in two days... what's up?

I've been using 5 Evods for the last two weeks or so with good results. Then yesterday I noticed a big wet spot in my shirt pocket, which is where I keep my PV when I'm out and about. My almost-full Evod released its entire contents. Fortunately, the e-liquid was crystal clear, or I'd be out a shirt.

Then today I opened my carrying case and found the same thing had happened to a different Evod! This one was inside a plastic bag with a folded paper towel in it.

Both the Evods were screwed shut quite tightly, and when I opened them the atomizers were screwed in well, too.

Judging by the leak pattern -- a spot radiating out from the bottom of the Evod, but radiating out in all directions -- this happened through osmosis rather than because the liquid just poured out.

But what I don't understand is how the liquid is getting out... If everything is screwed together properly, what's going on? And more importantly, how can I prevent it?

Mine will randomly do the same thing sometimes...but only seems to to that when I'm at work or out of the house.

I've got 2 EVOD's. Now this hasn't happened to me yet, as I've only had mine for about 10 days. But the only thing I can think of is that the seals are failing. That's the only way juice can get out if everything is tightened properly. Maybe the materal the seals are made of isnt resiliant enough to take the constant screwing and unscrewing. If this is a problem with a lot of users, I'd say we might have found the culprit and Kanger should be contacted by everyone that's having this problem.
