Briefly describe your problem or issueSo i've been through 4 Darwin's now. I absolutely love the mod because it's the best vape regardless of what atty/carto/rba I use. I keep running into issues though like the screen not working, the arm breaking, and i'm very gentle with my Darwin. It's been nearly 3 months now since I sent my Darwin back for the 5th time. I received a reply from Brandon about 2 months ago apologizing for the delay because of a lack of resources. I have since sent 2 more emails with no response. I get that they're trying to produce the DNA20 and the new Darwin, but i've already paid $250 for the Darwin and was hoping for a product that would continue to work, or at least a replacement. I just haven't heard anything from them at all.
Basically $250 down the drain and no idea when i'll be receiving a replacement mod let alone hearing back from them. Evolv had great customer service but it's all gone down hill. It's complete bull..... not even receiving a response for an update. It's been nearly 3 months so this is inexcusable.
