April 25th I ordered the innokin Pyrex X.I. from Myfreedomsmokes.com after receiving an email with a coupon code for it. Received on April 30th but didn't have a chance to use it for a few days. Once opening the package a few days later I noticed the included drip tip was so loose (I tried all other drip tips in my house to test) I contacted myfreedomsmokes on May 5th through their website.

May 6th received a response from Alex where they focused on the drip tip and to try other drip tips. I responded same day stating I've tried all other drip tips in my house May 7th Alex again focused on the drip tip in his response. I wrote back immediately directly stating I think that my X.I. was defective and never received a response. I wrote a review for the product and it never showed up on the site. It states that the reviews need to be "reviewed" before posting but it never made it on the site.
