Hello,
My name is Jon I live in the UK and have been a smoker for 36yrs up until 8 weeks ago when I bought an RPM40 some salt nics and stopped! Wow vaping has come along way I tried it about 4yrs ago but it didnt take at all it felt like I was sucking up thin air but my son suggested salt nics, I found a flavor I liked (Strawberry & Kiwi Signature salts) and I have not smoked since. I am currently trying to get my wife to stop but she is a difficult woman (arent they all...jk). Since then I have bought an RPM80 and am loving it, I troll the internet for strange flavors to try and too me thats more fun than rolling cigs.
Regards,
Jon

Thought I would show a pic of my limited collection...I know SMOK is not the most popular of brands but I'm a simple guy and as the shop I use sells the coils for these (except the RGC ones which are not available in the UK yet) and the flavor I use in my RPM's and the fact that it is close and as me and the wife are disabled it seemed logical but I do have my eye on a few new ones i.e...
Vapresso Target PM80, love how it looks.
Voopoo Vinci X, again just for looks and everyone seems to rate it highly.
Geekvape Aegis Boost, Great looks and I'm a clumsy sod so the durability will come in handy.
SMOK Fetch Pro, Have the coils but want to get a revomable battery system so I can swap out faster.
As you can see I prefer the pod systems only because I am a new vaper and have no idea about the mod side of things,
Thanks for all the greetings and comments it really is appreciated.
Regards,
Jon.

    Very Nice collection:thumbs:
You should get yourself a nice mod to go with those if you're interested, they're very easy to use:)

Congratulations! Nice collection! I have an Aegis Solo and love it. Very simple to use and very tough. I think it would be a nice easy step from pods to mods.

Cheers guys. Yes I am thinking of a mod (in the future) I watch alot of YouTube, Mike Vapes in particular. For now I am concentrating on lowering my nic intake from 20 down to 10. These pod thingys are easy to use and keep handy when out or driving, The wrost part of stopping smoking is finding what to do with your hands! I even turn the devices off at times and use the tried and tested placebo effect (ah my brain is a mystery!)

You've come aboard when even the least popular are better than the best available when I switched.
Stick around and you may find you're spending a lot more on vaping in the future, shinyitis is contagious. I had a bad case of it myself years ago, but I've recovered.
Shinyitis...Yes a bad case of it!. So many great looking devices and so little money but as I see it all the stuff I have bought is little under half the price of tobaccos. filter, papers such like and I don't smell like an ashtray anymore...I never realised how bad it was until I walked into my brothers house and OMG! No wonder folk used to comment but being a smoker you can't smell it but even more so...don't want to hear it!

Welcome and congratulations. There are a lot of good people on ECF who can give great advice to any questions you may have.
Smok are not really thought of as good devices around here but i know a lot of people who have successfully stopped smoking with their pod systems. Enjoy them and enjoy the feeling of beating tobacco addiction.
