at work i'm taking a voluntary lay-off for seven weeks. i work in a glass house and they're doing a tank rebuild. i plan to take that time and learn to DIY. i dont have high expectations on making really good flavors. but, i do expect to reduce my overall cost of vaping. have you had just pg/vg/nicotine with nothing else added? i thought i read where someone said it still has a slight sweetness to it.

How great is vaping! There's something for absolutely everyone. If you want a cig style with pre filled cartos, you've got it. If you want great quality pre mixed juice it's there in all price categories. If you want to create your own great flavours you can. Wrap your own coils, build your own mods, spend $10 for an ego or $300 for a high end mod, it doesn't matter, it's all there. Some people want to save money, others want to spend every spare cent they have on vaping. There's no right or wrong, it's all good. I wonder how long vaping will be like this? I hope forever!

Everyone here not a complete noob already knows you can DIY and save money. Which begs the question why do 3 or 4 threads a day seem to get started telling us this?

Agreed!

I rather have someone at www.aliceinvapeland.com or www.fanceejuice.com or Heathers Heavenly Vapes, Top Quality Custom E-Liquids mix me a bottle of delightfully complex liquid that I can revisit over and over again than smoke stuff that's just smokeable myself.

These people spend their time creating complex flavours and nuances I could never achieve at home.

Vaping is a passion for me and I want to have the most enjoyable experience possible - not just to satisfy my nicotine craving.

Look up pg in wiki or elsewhere that is more reputable, if you, like me take everything from wiki with a healthy bit of skepticism. Pg itself has a slightly sweet taste. So yep! Plenty of people vape and post about, vaping flavorless pg/vg just for the ritual and vapor.

There's not a thing wrong with DIY, I salute those with the time to fool with it, but when I open a thread titled "Excellent Juice Prices" posted in General E-Liquid, hopefully everyone understands why I was expecting something other than just another "DIY lecture".

I never say this, as it irks me when I hear it, but True Dat, true true...

Update: i just found out a way too make a juice i had problems with to work perfect,i have this ice cap coffee flavour and it wasnt producing no vapour at all,i thought it was my nova tank or my wicks and different ohms,i tried in my ego tank an still no vapour and in both tanks it tastes awful,i just added 2 drops of distilled water to 20 drops of juice and the taste is amazing and my room looks like its on fire:evil:
