I was looking for a way to fit an 18650 battery into my provari mini when i found "the twins" telescopic extension tube from Atmistique, i instantly knew i had to have it. I went to their website and found a few other things i wanted to deck out my provari mini with. So i loaded my cart with an awesome Provari wrap, the Diver (rebuildable atomizer), a Hippo (variable air flow on provari!!), the Twins (telescope extension for Provari), and the Scuba tank for the Diver... A lot more money than i had planned on spending but oh well. So, i get to the check out and am disappointed to see that they do not ship to APO addresses. I cant say i was surprised, a lot of places don't give the option to select AE as a state. i do not think its on purpose im pretty sure it's just an over site. Anyways seeing as i really wanted the 18650 on my mini i decided to email the company and see if there was anything that could be done. Now im used to being on a very different time zone then everyone else so when i send an email i usually don't expect an email response right away. That was not the case with Atmistique customer service. they instantly emailed me back and worked with me to get the payment processed and shipping address confirmed. They even offered me a free beauty ring for the Scuba tank for the trouble.
I was so impressed with their customer service that i had to create a post to spread the word. Atmistique takes care of you!
