Exceptional customer service experience with Mt Baker Vapor

Hi,

I just wanted to share my amazing experience with Mt Baker this week. Its very rare these days you run into such spot on customer service.

They recently ran out of their strawberry flavoring meaning my Moo juice wasn't available for sale, so I placed an order for Blue Moo and left a simple comment in the order comments box thanking them and mentioning that I hope Moo juice comes back in stock soon.

I ordered at like 2am on March 8th and received my juice in the mail March 10th!

On top of that I noticed another bottle tucked into the packaging. I figured it was a free sample because they LOVE to do that. After further inspection of the label I see the words Moo Juice handwritten on there with a big smiley face!

The juice smells and appears to be part of an older batch (darkened to the same color as my steeped/cured Moo Juice) so I'm guessing it might be from their personal supply, but of course this is just speculation.

On top of that the Blue Moo is also delicious!

TL;DR: MBV sent me my favorite eJuice for free from a secret stash when I placed an order for another eJuice and mentioned my favorite being out-of-stock. The shipping was fast and the other eJuice I ordered is also delicious!

It's always nice to hear about great customer service! While I can't personally vape most of their juices (I taste weird aftertaste in everything I tried, even after steeping a few months), I don't begrudge them of having amazing customer service.

They have outstanding customer service! That's probably my favorite thing about MBV, that and the prices. They are really good folks up there

I was prepared to steep the liquids but upon the first trials, they are all tasty before the steeping. He also sent a freebie, and two discount codes for future orders. With the two coupons applied to my March order, and their already low prices, I really got a lot. The fast shipping was an unexpected bonus. I will definitely be ordering more from Mt Baker Vapor again.

I ordered about $200 worth of product on the 2nd I just now tracked it to my post office 10 days.................. Through no fault of MBV. The USPS dropped the ball on this one. looking foward to hitting the mailbox in about 9 hours as its only 3 am here and my mail does not get delivered till mid morning............In the future if I have any orders over 150 I will shell out the extra 25 buck for the overnight option.
