Exchange blank cartomizers

Does anyone know if V4L will let you exchange unopened blank cartomizers?
It says on their site you can't return juice or cartomizers but I read that to mean pre-filled cartomizers.
I bought a bunch of WoW carts and think I should have got Cool Carts.
Newbie mistake, I didn't realize there was a difference.
I submitted a ticket.

If they don't, you can always swap them.

We normally don't do exchanges on any carts at all, but if you give us a call on Monday, we might be able to work something out.
